What is an ATS?
ATS stands for Applicant Tracking System It’s software that helps companies organize and manage their hiring processes. Think of it as a digital filing cabinet and workflow engine for resumes, interviews, and communication with candidates.

Adverse Action is a formal process required by federal law when you decide not to hire (or promote or retain) someone based on information found in a background check. It includes a two-step process:

  1. Pre-Adverse Action Notice: Sent to the candidate to let them know something in their report might affect your decision.
  2. Final Adverse Action Notice: Sent after the candidate has had a chance to respond.

We help automate this process to ensure it’s done correctly and compliantly.

Most background checks take **2–5 business days**, but turnaround times can vary based on the types of checks ordered and the jurisdictions involved. We prioritize both speed and accuracy.

If you are on our Core plan, if you exceed the 5 job posts for the month, we automatically bump you to the next plan. If you need the ability to post even more jobs, there is a per job post fee above the 10 offered in our Plus plan. If you have unique hiring needs, please feel free to contact us so we can build a custom plan to meet your needs.
Of course. The employifi platform allows you to modify in real time within the platform and we handle publishing it to our network of job sites.
